54 Benjamin is located in the heart of Belconnen on Benjamin Way, ACT. Our design included combining two tenancies to create one large Cafe Bar. The atmosphere we have created with the client is a home away from home, with its soft finishes, comfort and attention to good acoustics. We acknowledged the Canberra market was flooded with "hipster style" cafes, 54 Benjamin was an opportunity to design a space which appealed to all ages and inviting enough to catch-up with family and friends over a coffee, drink or meal. Other unique elements of this design include a circular kitchen pass, free standing modular booth seating, Cafe and Bar combined, blush pink perforated acoustic ceiling feature, street activation and a sense of family.
